Refund Policy

InvestOS Global sells digital files that the platform builds from the information you enter: the InvestOS Global investor report and Value Growth Plan, the Global IdeOS idea and business plan files, and the SalesOS Global sales report. Nothing is shipped; the files are delivered on the platform right after payment.

One payment is for one company: it includes one download of each file of the product. After the last file is downloaded, the product locks again, and another company needs a new payment.

Before you pay you can see your results on the platform free of charge (for example, the valuation range on the Dashboard), so you know what the files are based on.

Card payment is made on the Bank of Georgia’s own secure payment page. Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) before you pay. We never receive or store your card number or security code.

• You have not downloaded any file of the product yet: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment.
• You were charged but the product did not unlock, or a download failed for a technical reason on our side: we unlock the download again or, if you prefer, refund the payment.
• You were charged twice for the same product and company: we refund the extra payment.

Once a file has been downloaded, it has been delivered in full and the payment is not refundable, except in the technical cases above. A different view on the result (for example, on the valuation range) is not a reason for a refund: the results are calculated by fixed rules from the information you entered, and they are an indicative estimate, not a guarantee of any price or outcome.

Write to connect@investosglobal.com from the email address of your account, with the date and amount of the payment and the product. We reply within 5 working days.

An approved refund is returned to the same card through the Bank of Georgia. How long it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia and does not limit any right you have under Georgian consumer protection law.
