Terms of Service

InvestOS Global (“InvestOS”) provides a valuation and fundraising tool for startups and established companies alike. You complete a structured Excel template describing your company; the platform validates it, runs recognized valuation methodologies (eight for startups, three for established businesses) where sufficient data is available, and generates a dashboard and investor report from the results.

InvestOS Global is operated by InvestOS Global, a company registered in Georgia (identification code 448434720). By using the platform you agree to these terms.

All valuation figures are computed deterministically from the data you provide, using publicly documented methodologies. They are estimates for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice, and are not a guarantee of what any investor will actually offer. Where a method lacks sufficient input data, the platform states that plainly and skips it rather than guessing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: upload data you don’t have the right to share, attempt to circumvent the platform’s security or rate limits, or use the platform to store information it explicitly asks you not to submit (source code, credentials, API keys, your customers’ personal data, trade secrets, or confidential technical documentation - see our Privacy Policy).

You retain ownership of the company data you upload. We do not claim any ownership interest in it and use it only to provide the service back to you.

The platform and everything we provide through it belong to InvestOS Global or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. This includes the software, the website and its design, the InvestOS Global and InvestOS names and logo, the Excel template and field guide, the layout and wording of the dashboard and investor report, and our methodology documentation. Using the platform does not give you any ownership of these materials; you receive only the limited right to use the platform under these terms.

The company data inside a report generated from your upload remains yours (see “Your data, your ownership” above). You may download, print and share your reports for your own business purposes, for example with investors, advisors, lenders or your board.

Without our prior written permission, you may not: copy, reproduce, sell, resell or sublicense the platform, the Excel template, the field guide or the report format; build a competing product or service from them; reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the platform’s source code; access or collect content from the platform by automated means (scraping, crawling or bots) other than through features we provide; or use the InvestOS Global or InvestOS name or logo in a way that suggests our endorsement of you, your company or your valuation.

If you believe that material on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at connect@investosglobal.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the platform, and your contact details. We will review the notice and respond.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where reasonably practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestOS Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on a computed valuation. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of Tbilisi City Court.
