About Global IdeOS

Is your idea ready to become a business?

A structured system for turning a business idea into a business plan, with its gaps and risks made clear. Built for founders, small business owners and the programmes that support them.

The problem

Most business ideas are judged by gut feel, a generic template or advice from friends. A founder rarely sees, in one place, whether the idea solves a real problem, has a clear customer, can make money, and what is still missing before it can become a real business.

Incubators, accelerators and grant programmes reviewing many ideas face the opposite problem: every applicant describes their idea differently, so ideas are hard to compare fairly.

The solution

Global IdeOS guides the founder through one structured idea form built into the platform: 14 sections, from the problem and the customer to financials, risks and execution. The platform checks the answers, assesses the idea with fixed, published rules, and builds an Idea Report and a 17-section business plan from the same answers.

There is no AI in the assessment: identical answers always produce identical results, and every score shows which answers earned it. Nothing is invented. A missing answer is shown as “Not provided” or “Not assessed”, never filled in.

How it works

  1. 1Open the idea form and answer what you know. 39 required answers are enough for an assessment; the rest make the business plan more complete. Answers are saved as you type.
  2. 2Optionally, run six ready-made research prompts in your own AI assistant (market size, competitors, prices, trends, regulation, customer segment) and paste the answers back. Each prompt is already filled with your idea's details.
  3. 3Click Generate. Your Idea page shows the business readiness score, data confidence, ten dimension scores, attention points, key gaps and critical risks. Your Business Plan page shows the status of all 17 sections and what each still needs.
  4. 4Download the Idea Report, the Business Plan and a completed workbook once your account is verified.

What it assesses

Ten dimensions, each scored 0-100: Problem Strength, Customer Need, Market Potential, Business Model, Revenue Potential, Scalability, Feasibility, Validation, Competition and Risk. The platform also flags inconsistencies in the answers, names the most important gaps with how to close them, lists the critical risks with a mitigation for each, and calculates the founder’s own financial picture: startup costs, monthly costs, unit margin, break-even and runway, a 12-month cash plan and fixed what-if scenarios (sales -20%, price -10%, costs +15%, worst and best case). Margins are set next to listed companies in the same industry (Damodaran, NYU Stern), with the source and date. These are the founder’s own scenarios, not a forecast, and they never change a score.

Research with your own AI

Global IdeOS does not use AI and does not send your data anywhere. If you choose to use the research prompts, you run them in your own AI assistant. The prompts ask for real, published facts with a source for every line, and “NO INFORMATION FOUND” when nothing is found. In every report this research is labelled “User-provided research (AI-assisted). Not verified by InvestOS Global.” It never changes the assessment scores.

Why founders use it

A founder sees in one place what is strong, what is missing and what to do next, and gets a structured business plan built only from their own answers, ready for a grant application, an accelerator or a first investor conversation. When the idea becomes a business, InvestOS Global values the company.

Why programmes and advisors value it

Incubators, accelerators, universities and advisors get every idea in the same structure, scored by the same published rules, so ideas can be compared fairly and feedback can point to specific gaps rather than general impressions.
